5th Annual Charity Christmas Concert

Larnaca Municipal Theatre

One of the highlights of our week will be the 5th Annual Charity Christmas Concert by the Rotary Club of Larnaca — an evening of classical music, charity, a festive reception and time together with Cypriot and international Rotarians.

The concert has become a beautiful annual Rotary tradition in Larnaca, bringing together music, friendship and service.

NOVEMBER 23 · FULL-DAY JOURNEY

Northern Cyprus — for the First Time in Our Program

For the first time, the Rotarian Meeting in Cyprus will include a full-day journey to Northern Cyprus.

Varosha — the Ghost Town was once one of the Mediterranean’s most glamorous seaside resorts and today offers an extraordinary walk through a city frozen in time.

Ancient Salamis is one of Cyprus’s most impressive archaeological sites, with Roman columns, mosaics and thousands of years of history.

The day will also include a meeting and lunch with local Rotarians.

  • Six days of Rotary networking, projects, travel and friendship.
  • Our home base throughout the meeting is Larnaca.
  • There is no need to change hotels during the week.
  • The meeting is limited to 50 participants.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 21

Conference & Charity Concert

  • 09:00–14:00International Participants Conference
    Business and social project presentations, Cyprus company formation, real estate opportunities and international networking.
    Every participant can present their own business or social project.
    The main goal is to get to know each other, exchange ideas and create new international connections.
  • 14:00Lunch & Fellowship
  • 19:00 — 5th Rotary Christmas Concert by Rotary Club of Larnaca
    Our annual charity concert supports different Cyprus organizations each year.
    This year, proceeds from ticket sales will support children from low-income families in Cyprus.
  • Festive Reception after the Concert
    A friendly reception bringing together members of Rotary Clubs in Cyprus and international participants of the conference.

Ayia Napa

    Walk through one of the most extraordinary places in Cyprus — the once-famous Mediterranean resort that stood abandoned for decades. A fascinating encounter with the island’s recent history.

    Explore the impressive ruins of one of the great ancient cities of Cyprus, with its monumental theatre, baths, columns and archaeological remains overlooking the Mediterranean.

Paphos

  • Monastery of Agios Neophytos
    Founded in the 12th century, this remarkable monastery preserves the Enkleistra — a sacred retreat carved into the mountain by Saint Neophytos himself. Inside are exceptional Byzantine frescoes dating from the 12th–15th centuries, while the monastery museum houses historic icons and religious treasures. 
  • Archaeological Park of Nea Paphos — UNESCO World Heritage Site
    Discover magnificent ancient villas and some of the finest Roman mosaic floors in the world, depicting gods, heroes and scenes from Greek mythology. Paphos is recognised by UNESCO for its exceptional archaeological heritage. 
  • Petra tou Romiou — Birthplace of Aphrodite
    Stand on one of Cyprus’s most legendary coastlines, where according to Greek mythology Aphrodite, Goddess of Love and Beauty, rose from the sea foam.     One of the most spectacular archaeological sites in Cyprus and once an important ancient city-kingdom. Its magnificent Greco-Roman theatre was originally built in the 2nd century BC, later enlarged under Roman rule, and today offers breathtaking views over the Mediterranean

    Discover one of the best-known mountain villages of the Troodos region — a refreshing contrast to the Mediterranean coast, surrounded by pine-covered mountain scenery.

    A private three-hour Mediterranean cruise exclusively for participants of the 9th Rotarian Meeting in Cyprus. Sail along the beautiful Larnaca coastline, swim in the Mediterranean and enjoy music, dancing and unforgettable moments together.

    Fresh Cyprus souvlaki with salad and local Cyprus wine, prepared by the yacht captain and served on board in the open air. Good food, music, sea, dancing and a wonderful Mediterranean atmosphere.
  • AFTERNOON — DISCOVER LARNACA

    • Church of Saint Lazarus
    Visit one of Larnaca’s most important landmarks — the magnificent 9th-century Byzantine church built over the tomb of Saint Lazarus. According to Christian tradition, Lazarus, raised from the dead by Jesus Christ, later came to Cyprus and became the Bishop of ancient Kition.

    • Kyriazis Medical Museum
    Discover the first medical museum in Cyprus, founded by Dr Marios Kyriazis. Housed in a restored traditional Larnaca mansion, its fascinating collection traces the history of medicine and healing in Cyprus from antiquity to the 20th century. 

    The museum was founded by Dr Marios Kyriazis, a respected member of the Rotary Club of Larnaca.

  • 19:00 — Our Final Evening Together
    A farewell dinner in a traditional Cyprus tavern — local cuisine, warm atmosphere, Rotary friendship and a celebration of the unforgettable week we have shared in Cyprus.

NO ADVANCE PAYMENT IS REQUIRED. The entire program is paid on site in Cyprus after arrival, on the first day of the meeting at the Сonference.
